This section contains information for businesses wishing to exhibit at this years show, and also clients who have already booked space.

The North West Ideal Homes Exhibition will take place at
Elagh Business Park, Coshquin, L’Derry, BT48 8LB.

OPENING HOURS:
Fri 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Sat/Sun 10.00am - 6.00pm
Mon 10.00am - 5.00pm

STAND RENTAL CHARGES:
Shell & Stand Per Square Metre - 160 euros

VAT is additional at 21%

HOW TO BOOK A STAND:
Stands may be reserved by completing and returning the Application
for Space Form, together with the appropriate booking deposit. The
Application for Space From is available from North West Exhibitions Ltd
or on www.nwihe.com

STAND FITTING:
The Shell Stand-fitting Package includes carpet, shell scheme,
dividing wall, company name sign and marketing.

(Spotlight and double socket packages available at a small additional charge)

PAYMENT TERMS:
50% deposit on bookings received before 1st April 2008. 100% on bookings
received after 1st April 2008. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% charge.

We regret that deposits are not refundable and cancellations after 1st April
are subject to payment in full.
